What is the best time to visit Sangla and Nako camps?
Our season starts from mid April to end of October. All these months are a good time to travel to both Sangla and Nako Nako acamp starts from Mid May to mid October.


What kind of temperatures can we expect in both the camps?
The temperature at Sangla ranges from 7 to 8 degrees Celcius at night in the summer months and 25 to 28 in the day time. Sangla receives moderate rainfall in July and August. In Sept and October the day time temperature varies from 20 to 25 degrees celcius in the day and 5 to 7 degrees at night.
The temperatures at Nako are similar to that of Sangla except in September and October when it gets colder in Nako at night.


What kind of warm clothing should we carry?
You should carry light woollens for the summer months of May to August. And heavy woollens for April, September and October. Always carry a rain protection pullover or jacket for all the months.


What is the recommended stay at your camps?
To enjoy the camps to their fullest we recommend a minimum of 4 nights at Sangla and 2 nights at Nako.
